What Causes Acid Reflux And Bloating While On Metamucil Fibre Capsules?

I am taking two metamucil fiber capules every day for fiber and it wasn t enough to get me to go everyday,when I went on three gassed me terrible.I tried two gummies along with that .Gas and bloating was awful,what can I do too keep from staring,and Dr.has me on a low carbohydrate protein diet?Please help
