What Causes Acidity After Intake Of Mifepristone And Misoprostol?

Hi I used mifepristone the day before yesterday I took by mouth. To the next day I used 4 misoprostol by vaginal. It came yesterday and I was bleeding but today I'm bleeding almost nothing and I feel like acI'd in my throat and in my stomach. I already eat but that sensation still there. I didn't go to the bathroom just for do pee. There is something no normal in what I'm feeling?
