What Causes Acne On Face While On Novelon For Endometrosis?

i am having endometrosis (left ovary enlarged).i ve consulted a gynaec and she has given me novelon tablets. earlier i was getting acne only before my periods,since suffering,but now i am getting a lot of acne on my face.is this due to the intake of medicine.i dont feel like having sex too.
