What Causes Acne Scars With Tiny Holes On Face?

Hi I am 22 years old and I had a serious acne breakout last year. Luckily I got the pimples under control and my face is now free of that. I, however, have some scars left along with some tiny holes. The scars are not the major issue but the holes are. I want to know what I can do to get rid of these tiny holes so my face will be as smooth as it was before.I am not allergic to any medication. My height is 5 Ft 2 inches, and my weight is 118 lb.Thank you for helping out.Amy
