What Causes Acne When On Apo-Rosuvastatin?

I m a 36 yr old male 5 10 and 225 lbs i ve been taking apo-Rosuvastatin 10mg for about a week and half and have noticed a break out out of acne. I have not changed anything else in my routine for this to happen so I m wondering if this drug can have this effect?
