What Causes Acute Headache?

hi I was hoping you could help. I recently took a flight and upon decent, got a massive acute headache. It went away for a few hours and then came back as a dull pain and has remained for 2 days now. I'm concerned as I have a family history of anurysm and am in a foreign country. Should I go to the hospital or is this a common thing to happen with air travel?
