What Causes Acute Itching With Chest Pain And Migraines?

I keep having all these symptoms and things happen to me. Right now I can't stop itching. Its moving from place to place and this is the 3 or 4th time this has happened. It usually last for a few days to a couple weeks.also I'm having really bad chest pain that feels like gas and last nite it moved aroun to my back and I could barely move. I suffer from what is said to be migraines rapid heart beat a lot of the time and a fever that ranges from 100.4- 101.7. A few weeks ago I was suffering from extreme joint pain. I couldn't even get up without taking pain med bout a hour before I wanted to get up. I was told before I have irritable bowel syndrom because of how my stomach gets messed up really bad for no reason but I'm normally constipated. there are more symptoms that I've had but there are so many I can't think of them all right now. Can someone please help with
