What Causes Acute Pain From Hips To Feet Post Dengue Treatment?

I was down with Dengue and the investigation reports during that period said ......the liver is normal in size with hypo echoic echotexture and edematous wall of gall bladder suggestive of hepatic is. Minimal free fluid in pelvis. Now my question is ....... Do any of these reports responsible for acute pain from my hips to my feet at night when I go to sleep at night due to which I take paracetamol very frequently? I live in India
