What Causes Aggressive And Selfish Behavior In A Bipolar Patient?

I think my husband may be bi-polar...he is a little narcisstic, wishy-washy when making decisions, has unrealistic goals. Nice for two days, then angry...bad memory. Does not trust me for some reason, very selfish and conceited, also is very at making cruel comments to degrade me as a person. Something is not right.
