What Causes Aggressive Behavior With History Of Left Frontal Lobe Stroke?

My Mom had a left frontal lobe stroke and after about 2 years began having aggressive behaviors after being hospitalized has been on depakote sprinkles and tid and Remeron. She has become very sleepy and totally uninterested in anything but sleeping but can still verbally shout at you not wanting to do anything but sleep in chair She is 85 What should the dose be ? Is there better meds out there ?
