What Causes Air Coming Out From Ear Upon Blowing Nose After Injury?

yesterday i was playing football with sum friends and i went to make a tackel and got kneeed in the ear after playing it sounded like a cup was on my ear i went home and took a shoewr and thought that some dirt was in my ear so i put water in my ear to swish it out and it was like the water went straight soun in my neck and it hurt like hell now when i blow my nose air comes out what is wrong with my ear???
