What Causes All Over Body Itching Along With Appetite Loss And Fatigue?

i seem to be itching all over and also started on my arm like a sting like a bug that worsened and started into leisions I tend to scratch especially at night .lost appetite as well and energy.ive been dealing with much and im 60 years old by myself dealing with lots of issues. these bumpa and I also have a patch under left breast tthat is like a flower and had a raised ridge but no more.i did have a tick many years back like in 1975 that I pulled and head remaine and I had to have it operated and had stiches. wwhat is bothering me is this constant itching and scrathing.thank you micheline ps ive tried all sorts of stuff ..on my legs I have rosy patches of discoloration but don't itch nor hurt just isn't pretty..its my upper body tand back theat itches like crazy nearly every night ..
