What Causes Allergic Symptoms Along With Nose Bleeds?

yes, hello. I have had a lot of allergies and nose bleeds all my life, but moving to drier climate solved this but I am now that I m back in moist/damp and lots flowers on Vancouver Island and get nose bleeds twice a day and It comes up through the back of my mouth also. Is this serious and what should I do to solve this? thank U.
