What Causes Alopecia Along With Pain And Blisters On Scalp?

Hi I have had alopecia in my scalp that started off as small patches. This was a few years ago it then turned into bigger patches then multiple cysts. It got so bad it would ooz everyday and the pain was unbearable. I couldn't do my hair as it had blisters and soars and was to sensitive to touch. After constant expression of my discomfort to my doctor. I was seen by a dermatologists. I had a biopsy but the results came back unclear. All they found was I had an auto immune system and mild lupus. Its not a dangerous type. I was put on medication over a coarse of 3 months. It helped immensely. I was advised by a new dermatologists to stop taking them to see if it would come back. She wanted to take further biopsy as she wasn't happy with the results. I came off and found no returning problems. Now I am pregnant and I'm finding my scalp has blisters and a bumps has returned. Its causing terrible pain and there is small patches with a lil liquid. What can I do?
