What Causes Ammonia Odor Discharge From Vagina While Having Nexplanon?

i have noticed recently that my discharge has smelled what i can only describe as an ammonia like smell? I have had the nexplanon implant for about 2 months i occasionally spot here and there but what concerns me the most is the strong odor occurring.
