What Causes An Abnormal Wrinkle On The Lip?

I have a abnormal wrinkle on my lip. Sometimes you can see it and sometimes you can't. It's painless but it makes me worried. It just one of my wrinkles on my lip is slightly raised like it's swollen but not. It has no bumps or anything just a wrinkle. It's driving me nuts. I got tested for stds and hiv and such and i'm clean. I'm still a virgin too! But I did kiss someone new and it was just a peck. Help! This is giving me horrible dangerous high blood pressure because i'm so stressed about it.
