What Causes An Achy Pain From My Xiphoid Up To My Throat?

I keep feeling an achy pain coming from my xiphoid up to my throat and radiates to my back sometimes. I also keep burping and I have costochindritis. And sometimes I just feel the achy pain in my upper back. I have high anxiety and have noticed the lump under sternum. I don't know what to do, the pains only last a second or half a second, but are scaring me.
