What Causes An Arch In The Penis?

Hello, very respected Sir.
I am going to marry within few months. I used to do mastrbation. My penis is slightly curved but it is quite ok,; means no pain when it is erected and ejectulated. What should I do to recover the effects of masterbation....need to massage with some oil like olive oil or what......your help in this regard will be highly appreciated and regarded.
