What Causes An Elongated Bump On The Penile Shaft?

I have a slightly hard, elongated bump that is darker in complexion on the left side of my penis shaft. When it's hard, I can feel a slight pimple like hard white grain of sand on the inside at the top of the bump. It doesnt hurt. Pease help. Could it be hematoma? What is it??
