What Causes An Insect Bite Like Rash With Sore Throat And Headache?

Hello I have a rash on both wrists looks very much like images of rash from tick bite. I have as far as I know not been bitten by a tick.I live area with many deer. I ahve had a sore throat head ach. One of the p Patients at the office I work at had the same rash. we did a oral surgery procedure on her so I had close contact.She went to three doctors they told her she had a yeast infection?? I am having no signs of a yeast infection? Thank you
