What Causes An Itchy Rash In Pelvic Area?

I have a rash in the pelvic area it is not in the private area, i have had it for about two months it started out quater size and now it has covered my whole pelvic area and going on my stomach just alittle. It wakes me up at night itching and it is a clear drainage coming out. during the day it drys up. what does this sound like to you?
