What Causes An Itchy Rash On Lower Back And Arms?

I was diagnosed with pr,however I'm not certain if that's what it is. the rash is located primarily on the top of my feet and a little on the bottom ,on the lower back, both arms on the flip side,on my hands and between my fingers, what does this sound like, very itchy.
