What Causes An Itchy Rash On Neck And Feet?

Doctor, I started to form a itchy rash round my neck, which then spread to my armpits. I now have swollen feet with a very itchy red rash. My hands itch also but not as bad as my feet. I wasn't very well a couple of weeks ago with a very bad throat infection. Are these symptoms of the illness I had a few weeks ago?
