What Causes An Occipital Headache With Neck Pain?

hello, I have a question about a headache. I have had a headache since Tuesday afternoon that is in the back of my head more on the right side than the left side. I also have some neck pain. No fever, nausea vomitting or sensitivity to light or sound. The headache is mild in the morning then worsens to moderate as the day progresses. When I bear down or bend forward, the headache becomes excruciating for a short amount of time and comes forward to my forehead and behind my eyes and feels like pressure in my skull. Advil and aspirin relieve the symptoms slightly. I do not have insurance, but if this is something that sounds serious I will go to the hospital. What do you think?
