What Causes An Unusual Feel In Eyes After A Head Injury?

Hi I hit my head on the inside of my trunk about an hour ago, it hurt like hell, I didn't lose consciousness, but I keep icing it once evry hour. My left eye feels a little weird, usually u don't feel your eyes when you blink or move it around...at first I thought there was something i. It, but it just feels like I'm too aware of the movement I. It and it doesn't feel like my right one, should I be concerned?
