What Causes Anal Bleeding And Itchiness Of Genitals?

I am having bleeding in my rear. Not in the anal region but everywhere else, beginning at the top of my buttocks inside the crack for lack of a better term. I am also having itching in my genital area but not actually on my genitals. I am sexually inactive and have been for about 3yrs. (divorced)
