What Causes Anal Blisters?

I shaved my pubic area quickly before sex. A few days later I found this ulcer with what it look like infection in it, then I had what I assumed a hair bump in rectal area. A few days later the ulcer was gone but the hair bump is now a series of bumps and the ucler is gone but in its place leaves blisters.
