What Causes Anal Discharge Of Air Sac During Bowel Movement?

I was in the bathroom and I was trying to push to well poo and I don't know I had the thought of touching to see if anything was coming out because only gas was coming out, I notice a sort of bubble or sack that sort of inflated when I pushed. What is that?
