What Causes Anal Itching, Bad Odor And Bumps Around The Anus?

hi..i am a 20 year old female. a little less than a year ago i've been experiencing anal itching. sometimes when i wash it burns and is irritated so bad small tiny bumps around the anus appear. im always moist in that area & it leaves a horrible odor. i shower daily, but the odor is still there. making a doctors appt. asap, but can you tell me what you think it might be?
