What Causes Anal Pressure, Hot Flashes, Chills And Constipation After Having Sex?

Hello, My husband and I have had some troubles, but long story short we both cheated and he did not use a condom. I have been having different vaginal behavior and he is now having pressure and pain in his anus, hot flashes, chills, constipation, urgency for urination and very little voided. The thing that is the worse is the painful ejaculation. as well as testicular pain. We know we have an STD, and are going tomorrow to get tested, but we are very worried and want to make sure its not something too serious...like AIDS...all of this happened a month ago
