What Causes Ankles Ivy Rash Blisters With Stomach, Legs And Arms Lumps?

I initially got poison ivy rash on my ankles/lower legs and some on my arms six days ago. These initial blisters are healing but now I'm getting red itchy bumps on my stomach, upper legs and upper arms. Why is this continuing to break out and when is it going to stop
