What Causes Anteroseptal Infarction?

I have had two ekgs to clear me for cosmetic surgery. I ve fairly recently had stress tests that were normal, my blood pressure is well controlled with cardiezem. I have had gastric bypass surgery, and I m still overweight, but not really obese. I have limited physical activity because of back problems. Anyway, my recent ekgs are indicating that I might have old anteroseptal infarct, and I don t see how that is possible, if my other recent tests haven t indicated any problems. What am I looking at as far as future tests? How likely is it that I really have this condition?
