What Causes Anxiety And Depression Despite Taking Paxil?

Hi i currently was prescribed 50 mg of paxil and got bumped up to 100 mg but I am still having a lot of anxiety, my psychiatrist isnt being very reasonably nor am i comfortable with her. I do have depression and the 100 mh paxil is working but i am still experiencing a lot of anxiety. What should I do if I still want to be on my 100mg paxil but still get something else for my anxiety because it keeps me up at night and makes me feel anxious through out the day. what should i dom
