What Causes Anxiety And Dizziness After Reducing The Dosage Of Citalopram?

Hi I m reducing citaopram. Been on 20mg for about 6 years. Tried reducing / stopping before but clearly wasn t ready. Life has settled now and I ve had professional help with my issues. Reduced slowly to10mg. Been on 10mg about3 weeks now. Just having some anxiety in my chest and dizziness. Can I take kalms to help this ? Or stop citaopram and take kalms?
