What Causes Anxiety Attacks Along With Weakness In Legs?

Hi I had a bad Anxity attack at work last Thursday and since then my legs are feeling a little weak at times, I was very emotional a few time but letting it out having a good cry really made me feel good. . . long story short my body feels tired like im getting over the flu. plus last week I ate very bad one meal a day I d say.
