What Causes Anxiety Attacks And Numb Arms During Pregnancy?

I m having extreme anxiety attacks I am 18 weeks pregnant. I haven t seen a doctor yet as I am waiting for my appointment. The attacks have been off and on for a month or two. But today it s severe. Arms numb itchy all over throwing up racing thoughts and sometimes hear my name being called. I m not sure if I should go to the emergency room or wait till I see a doctor in a week or so..
