What Causes Anxiety Attacks And Rise In Blood Pressure Despite Taking Medications?

Sir, I am a patient of anxiety disorder and have been under treatment of hypertension. Prescribed medici were stamlobeta once a day. My b.p used to be around 120/80 alltime except the time of anxiety attack.
Now I am facing a phase of anxiety which elvates my b.p to 160/100 often. My doc.has advised to take cilacar t and aten 25. But the combination is not doing well. Pls suggest me.
