What Causes Anxiety, Fast Heart Beat And Panic Attacks When In Public?

Recently I ve become very anxious! My heart will start beating real fast and I become very nervous when I m out in public. It gets to the point where I panic enough to where my toes and feet muscles tense up to where I have to walk slow or have to stop while I m walking. I don t know what is causing all of this. I m wondering if it s some kind of anxiety problem. I also want to know if I should seek help or if there is anything I can do on my own to help curb the problems I m having.
