What Causes Anxiety Leading To Chest Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

I think I have developed an anxiety problem, although randomly I will get a chest pain on the left side and it will last all day/days. It makes me feel very sick and loses my appetite and makes it hard for me to fall asleep. It has me constantly grabbing my left side. Is this normal with an anxiety problem or should I go to the doctor?
