What Causes Anxiety Leading To Stomach Pain And Bloating?

Recently i experienced that i had paranoi. I am afraid that i have made someone feel sad and i always try to catch a glimpse to see if she talks bad about me or not. Everytime it happens i feel nervouse my stomach starts feeling uncomfortabe and bloating. Please help me
