What Causes Appearance Of Urine In Milky Colour?

i just noticed the first few drops of urine milky, it wasnt cloudy, it was milky, there was no smell,i went to the toilet to vomit since i was nauseatic the whole day and noticed it, im breastfeeding my first child a 5 months old. is it possible that im pregnant again?
