What Causes Appetite Loss After Gallbladder Surgery?

I had gallbladder surgery 4 weeks ago and bile duct repair. It ended up being not laparoscopic but traditional surgery. I came home with a t tube in me and after 11 days home I ended back in the hospital with a staff infection for 5 days. I am now home again for a week and my surgeon removed the tube out of my abdomin yesterday. I have had no appitie since surgery and it hurts me when I eat anyrhing. I get severe acid reflux and pain in my upper stomach. Any suggestions to help me.
