What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Hot Flashes,headaches And Nausea?

I am a 19 year old female and I have been having a rough week. It started with the loss of my appetite a couple weeks ago and progressed up too stomach pains hot flashes headaches nausea night sweats and extremely watery but dark diarrhea its too the point where if I cough I poo myself which to me is strange because the diarrhea just appeared before my poo was extremely solid and hard too get out. I dont have any prior medical problems besides kidney tumors asthma and a heart murmur. I ve also been very tired but unable too sleep. The past two and a half days I have gotten 2 hours of sleep which was last night. I am also having bad muscle aches. Please help
