What Causes Arm Lesions With Redness And Back Sores?

i have a wierd legion on my arm - it was red to begin with and in the past couple of days the centre is turning black- I feel very fluish and have other sores on my back. I'm not sure what caused this but i am a biochemist working with toxic chemicals and im not sure if ive been exposed to one. please help
