What Causes Arm Pain And Swelling In Right Knee?

Lam a 62 yr. old femalre 237 lbs., teacher, on losartin pot, simvastatin & l-thyroxin. Have been havinf pain in my rt. outside top area of my arm since last wed. and now my rt. knee also feels a bit swollen. Live in a remote area of MT. Just got home from work- could barely get my coat on th tr. side, drove w/ jusy my left hand. Took a 600 ibuprofen this am plus an oxycotin tab so I could sleep comfortably w/o pain. Just took one more of each. My husband is concernd re: possile stroke. I have no numbness & cn thinkn & speak fine. I may have strained my shoulder at some point, but can t remember when. Went to a Dr. about 1 1/2 wk. ago when I had some pain in my rt. foot & a severe foot cramy. Had an x-ray that was clear & told tolie down for 3 days &keep it raised, which I tried to do.
