What Causes Asymptomatic Lumps And Migraine?

I have three sons. One has NF1 one is being tested for NF1 as he has asymptomatic lumps and one has unmanegeable migraines (1 - 3 per week) taht are not responding to usual migraine pain management. Could it be possible that the son with migraines is having NF1 symptoms? He does have one large cafe au lait spot.
