My husband had a fall from his gas truck from the top of truck and fell onto concrete , since then he has had awful headaches, can not stand loud noises has to wear ear plugs in noisey places, dizzy often, when he has his worst headaches, his eyes get red, and his left eye will swell slighty, the fall was aug 2012, we had another MRI done this past friday, and got results today, it reads,"Solitary tiny 2mm white matter signal abnormality in the right frontal lobe just above the lateral ventricle,a nonspecific finding which is not convincing for chronic small vessel ischemia on the patients age and the lack of other findings. there is no reported history of migraines, vasculities,or a demyelinating process to account for this finding. may consider followup imaging if clinically indicated. #2 thing is a High riding right jugular bulb. Please explain this to me and if this could be what all his systoms are from, thank you so much
