What Causes Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Frequent Urination?

I ve been having back pain & low stomach pain, nausea, yellow frequent urine & have MS. Take lots of medicines including Avonex injections, high blood pressure medicine & daily aspirin, nexium. Could this be a connection to liver? I had low white blood count last 6 mos. check-up.
