What Causes Back Pain Along With Stiffness In Chest?

I m 23 years old I currently get horrible back pains and my right side of my chest stiffens like crazy I catch my self unable to breathe throughout the day a great deal of times like so bad that I get nervous. I ve gotten chest X-rays and blood work and a sonogram and nothing. My pain continues and I still can t even breathe at the moment.
