What Causes Back Pain And Abdominal Pain?

My boyfriend and I were just tested for sti's. Still waiting on the results, but found out I have a bacterial infection and he has a urinary tract infection... But I am also experiencing severe lower back pain and abdominal pain, and most things I read point to pregnancy. Is that the most probable diagnosis?
